I drove on the road course with the intermoutain Poesche club(Utah) during there driver ed. It was 125 per day with instruction. There is an event comming up at the end of aug. that is open to the public at lvms. I cant remember the name of it. Its around the same price.

P.S. The Car handled great on the road course with stock tires.

NASA will be running on the outside road course at LVMS in Nov http://www.nasaproracing.com/schedules/nv.html

Besides that not to many local track events going on, there is a few in pharump at SMMP which isn't too far away. There is also a few in California that a lot of loca racers drive down to.

Schedule for all NV and CA track days, not fully updated though ex. as of right now there is no word at all on the ALMS event NASA is supposed to have here in August.

Local SCCA region runs some AWESOME autocrosses! Our next 2 events are at Sunset Station on Sunday nights which are very tight first gear tracks and then we move back to the Speedway Parking lots which are very long and usually high speed for autocrosses. PLus at the speedway events you usually get at least 10 runs in the whole day since we run all day, most i've ever had was like 14 runs. http://www.lvrscca.org/

Most of the LV road coursers and autocrossers post at

The people that hold MM and the autocrosses are 2 different groups actually.

Midnight Mayhem at the drag strip is put on by the speedway and sponsered by Titan Auto Insurance if I'm correct.

The autocrosses are put on by the Sports Car Club of America's (SCCA) Las Vegas Region. I posted osme of the info for the autocross and the site with the schedule in my post above.

Hope you guys can make it out to run at an autocross sometime.

Sorry I forgot to mention drag racing,

The Speedway's drag strip is open to the public at many times for Test n Tunes, bracket racing, and Midnight Mayhem.

Midnight mayhem usually runs 10pm till 2am on Fri nights, it's only 10 bux to race. Good way to keep racing off the streets. Sometimes a car show or something liek a bikini or school girl outfit contest will be held and they usually have a live dj or band playing and a small section for show cars.

Test n tune is more expensive and is earlier but you get a lot more runs and they prep the track much better.

The drag strip schedule: http://www.lvms.com/track_info/strip/schedule/
