Just wanted to get an idea, the residual is in fact 62%, for encore and tier ones I was "quick" quoted $659 a month no money down for the loaded IS350. Apparently they are getting two types of 350s here in NJ. Both have nav, one just has lesser options than the loaded one. take it for what its worth. As I know I wont be paying that. i'd say a good place to start is at around $600 and then put a down payment down to lower it a lil.

according to the calc, if you had a 42K car loan for 60 months at 4.75% interest, you would get

$787/month

I am not sure how leases work... So you only save like $130 a month, and the end you still owe like $25K?

Leases are for less than 60months. His is for 48 months, he'll save the $130 a month plus 12 less payments.

Yeah, so if he did an ownership, he would owe about 9.5K for the last 12 months, vs the lease, where he would owe 25-26K?

I honestly am not sure how it works.. is that the just of it though?
