I've had my tein HT springs with tokico adj. shocks on my car for about a year. I have a pretty heavy system in my trunk the whole time with the suspension. If i remove the system now, will the rear height of the car raise at all due to the less weight? Or have the springs and shocks already settled and no longer change?

Yes it will go up slightly. How much depends on the spring rates and how much weight you remove.
