Does anyone know the maximum rpms you should have when the engine is cold? I know that hard driving with a cold engine is bad, but exactly what is considered "hard driving" when the engine is cold?

one reason to go easy on it..

You have a aluminum head and a Iron block, they both expand at diffent rates as they heat up and get to operationg temp. You generaly are more likly to blow a head gasget. If you run them hard before they warm up.
