I have a 2003 is300 with 57K miles.

I did the T Belt, serpentine belt, water pump, hoses and thermostat back in 2014 when she had 24K miles.

It started slowly seeping oil around the valve covers, so that’s getting done along with plugs and wires.

What else should I consider?

I’m thinking the lower ball joints, brake, power steering, diff and transmission fluid.

Am I missing anything?

Change the cabin filter behind the glove box.
Getting your flange bolts re-torqued may save headache in the future with your driveshaft.
Clean the throttle body and intake once you start the valve cover job.
