Power problems radio and Power Windows

Well I've got a strange thing happening to my IS300. Three of my doors, drivers, passengers, and back drivers door windows will not work at the master or at each door. The back passenger door window will go up and down fine from the door itself but not on the master. My radio does not have any power to the hot wire or the switched wire either.
I want to thank the person that posted the service manual. I've been using the troubleshooting guide to help me figure this out but I'm stuck. I checked the master switch for power and it has 12 volts on pin 1.
I also have checked the fuses in all 4 fuse boxes and did not find any blown fuses or bad wiring. I'll be doing the manual power window test tomorrow but at this point I believe that will work.
Does anyone have any troubleshooting info on the Body ECU or a complete wiring diagram?

Ok, I replaced the master switch for the windows and now I have 2 windows working, yahoo!!!!. I've ordered a second "used" master switch to see if that will fix it.

This is still not fixed and I guess no one else has had any luck at this.

Here's where I'm at
I can roll down drivers, passengers, and rear passengers windows from master.
Can't roll the drivers rear up or down from Master.
Can't roll up the passengers front door from master.

All windows work from each door fine.

Any ideas?

Damn man you have had trouble with this for almost a year.
Maybe it is time to take it to a dealer.

I know you are right of course but if I told you how much I've spent on this car you would understand.

I've neglected this car as I have been building others so I'm just getting back to looking at this again.

I had a similar problem one time and I just took off and reinstalled the ground cable to the battery. the windows and raido were acting up and then worked fine. Not sure what the cause was but it did fix it.

try to see if you getting power to each window? go to the connector that comes off th window motor and see if you actually getting 12v to them?

For the radio and power windows to have the same problem...fuse (10A RADIO NO.2) would have to be bad. The windows utilize the body ECU(located by driver kick panal) and require power from that same fuse....the radio does not use the body ECU but it also requires that fuse. That fuse would cause the windows and radio not to work.the fuse is located at the driverside kick panal. If the fuse is good then you have two seperate issues. I just wanted to see if that's the issue...because if you have problems with both..that fuse is the only thing that's related to both systems

???? Dome fuse is interior lighting...seperate fuse. That does not affect the OP's issue.

Thanks for the above post. You fixed my problem. I just replaced the battery and noticed the windows were not working. I removed the ground cable and reinstalled it and now all windows are working fine. Thanks again.

Had this same problem for Over a year myself along with other intermittent issues and everything working fine after the alternator finally gave out completely and replaced!
And i wouldnt replace alternator with anything other then brand new lexus part cause every other top choice from autozone advance and carquest has gone out again in 6 months!
