his forum has a powdercoating link, and i think they get it cheaper since it's a free advertising on their site

$40 per wheel to do and it takes a couple of days for them to do it, the center caps cannot be coated but you have to try to match them yourself.

They have Gloss Black, Flat Black and gunmetal, pictures would be recommended.
