Is this easy to install? How many things do I need to disconnect in order to get it in there?

Just installed mine the other day after it was sitting in my trunk for about a month ( just never had the time). Anyway its not hard at all just takes a little time. It should take you maybe about 40 mins. The hardest part is getting the heatsheild widged in there. You will have to take out your air intake and that is really it. the back bolt is a bitch.

Just take your time and watch what you are doing you will be fine...
