my is300 has misfire codes on all cylinders
i replaced the oil control valve and the filter because the lexus had code p1349
spark plugs are new along with the wires am not sure if i have bad coils.
what the car keeps doing is misfiring/trac keeps flashing the oil light came on when you give it gas it sputters it doesn't want to move till it picks up speed then it gets the going. I have a auto scanner plus only codes that come up is misfire threw 1-6 pretty sure i got the firing order straight 1S-6C 2C-5S 3S-4C

The coil pack/wiring configuration is correct, i would apply power to the oil control valve solenoid to test it. The car should shutter or stall. Multiple or random misfiring could be a result of a MAF, ignition, or fuel delivery problem. Check all vacuum lines and coil pack connections. This thread may help as to what to check for. Op had misfiring dtcs accompanied by P1349.

check page 3 for causes and what to test.

Yeah, check the obvious first, I had a mouse get in my engine compartment and shred the wiring going into my coilpacks causing a nasty misfire.
