anyone ever painted their "L" , "Lexus" and "IS300" emblems to look like the black pearl ones? i can't imagine that being too difficult- but my real question is- what kind of tape do you use to mount them back on after peelin them off?
what did you use to reapply to emblem? silicone? 2-sided tape? and what kinda paint did you use?10secondIS said:i painted mine white. looks great.
i didnt tape them off, i peeled off all of the emblems and then painted the IS300 and thats the only one I put back on
I don't have any problem with mine staying on. Did you use the 3M "red"?10secondIS said:i tried that, but for one, its way too much work. and 2, as soon as you take a pressure washer to it, BYE BYE emblems!
