i noticed the other day that now its the outside of my 2 front tires that are wearing un-evenly, before it was the insides of them. i know its time to get them rotated but why the f*uck does everyone have problems with un-even tire wear on our car's?

My right front was wearing on the inside. Had it lined up yesterday, now to wait and see how it does. It's tracking really good and seems a little more stable.

When was the last time you had your car aligned? May want to bring it to the dealership...just a thought.

I had LEXUS align mine at 5000 miles because my front drivers side tire was wearing on the inside pretty bad. 5000 miles later same shit. They didn't do anything. I'm wondering if this is just how the car is going to be, or if I sould take it back and bitch.

Yeh, i'm getting cupping on my tires also, thought maybe it was just the rims, but.....Is this causing anybody's steering wheel to shimmy??

The way IS300 comes from the factory, the inside of the front tires wears out qucker than the rest, possibly for better handling.
Alignment solves that.

Same here, they did an alignment @ 7K because of uneven wear, now @ 12K it's still wearing bad on the inside! I'm gonna have em' do it again (I hope they will)

I got 24,000 mi on my original Bridgestones and the insides are wearing faster on the fronts too. Looks like I'll get 30k if I'm lucky.
