Thanks. They are VIP Modulars, 19"x 8.5 and 9.5 They were custom made.
From what I understand, VIP usually doesn't release offsets.
I wish I had some good pics of the car.
These pics don't do them justice.

heres my 08 is250 with navi and black package, nothing special...... yet

adding a custom exhaust, dropping w/ tein coilovers, HRE rims, and already got rid of those nasty amber parts in the rear lights.

Umm ok.. Eibach spring sit high and also sometime aftermarket spring sit uneven drop.. I dont like spring sorry.. Im a coilover guy!!

Rep for being a "coilover guy!" I would be paranoid on the roads here with that kind of drop... but to each is own!
