anyone know where i can get these in for the front and rear. part numbers are of the following:

486-805-3010 - front
487-505-1010 - rear

i called the local lexus and they want an arm and a leg for it.

That is the pricing from www.parts.com (redirected through www.toyotaworld.com) I dont suspect you will get it much cheaper. Though at those prices, it might be better to source a set of aluminum upper mounts.

I'm assuming this is each correct? Anyway I could get them used or something. I'm in the San Jose area now and wouldn't mind checking the junk yards if I knew of any. Suggestions?

What's the difference between stock and aluminum? I'm going from coilovers to shock/spring combo. What's the advantage/disadvantage?

You might just ask anyone that has installed a coilover kit. Most coilovers with upper pillowball mounts will replace these, so they will probably have extras. I woudlnt count on finding an IS in a junkyard. Cars this new are usually salvaged or go to dismantlers.
