Do I see IS300 sales cannibalizing GS300 and SC300 sales? But the ~200/month loss in the sale of those vehicles is more than adequately made up by the ~2500/month gain from the IS300. Strangely enough (or following the ToMoCo plan to a "T"), ES300 sales are unaffected.

Probably not "RWD in winter"; probably loss of "novelty value."

Car sales are down across the board. It's due to the slowdown in the economy. The Nasdaq is droppin like doo doo. Less money, less fancy cars. It's that simple. And plus, this isn't exactly car shopping season.

That's true, but I was pointing out that other Lexus models only dropped about 100 cars from Sept. to Oct., but IS300 sales dropped over 400 cars. That's a sign of something specific to the IS300, maybe drop in popularity.

Did you guys see the Rx 300 figures? out run other popular model (Es, Is) by double. People really like SUVs these days.
