Why the HELL do you get me so excited then I go to your site and your IS300 stuff isnt ready yet? What exactly are you carrying for the IS and how can you give me the best deal all around? Just curious.

I like your site especially the gallery, but one problem you know when you register you must put your address of part of your account. That might turn people around and not register at your site. Like I did as soon as I saw that my address was mandatory I cancelled my registration. So think about it.

Nitro,
Sign up for an account at hotmail or yahoo mail and just plug in any info you want. Make your name up, get an address from the publisher of a book you have on your shelf, etc. Then use that fake info for your registration.

darkzis300, I said the galleries were up. They are. I also said I will get you a good deal on stuff you need. I will. Like I said, email me [email protected] and let me know what you need. Also, give me some time to put the IS300 products on there.

Nitro Boy, it is a requirement of the BBS board we are using. The other alternative is not to require registration. I think you know what that would lead to....

Nelly, you're absolutely right. Great site you've got here.

chiem, with over 3000 pics, you will have a tough time to load the galleries on a 56K. There is no way around that. If I decrease the thumbnail size, you will still wait and on top of that, not be able to tell what the picture is showing, in turn making the thumbnail useless. Please understand that the galleries don't have much to do with the parts we sell. They are there for you guys. I hope you all like it.

To all, thank you for the compliments and postive feedback.

Nelly: those lights look really good in the flesh. I saw the modelista when i was working in Japan early last year. The best thing was the colour of the modelista. It was a different blue than what was offered in Aust, and I think USA aswell..

Not to start a fight here.. but did not like how you have insulted a poster for running a 56k wheather he is or not.. when he was right about your web page.. the galleries needs thumbnails.. your pictures aren't even thumbnails.. they are all full size pictures plugged into 1 page and just displayed 120x85.. therefore slowing down your server, our download and our browsers. Real thumbnails are done by creating a new file by resizing the original file size and displaying them.. then making a link to the full size picture when u click on the small version.. i'm running cable connection p3 550mhz 384mb ram.. if that isn't enuf to view your galleries smoothly as other galleries.. then majority of the ppl out there won't..

Soh Jai, I haven't insulted anyone. I'm truly sorry if anyone took it this way. My deepest apologies. As far as thumbnails go......Would you like to create 3000+ thumbnails for me? This is the solution you propose right? Or maybe you could tell me where I can find an extra 70MB of server space for the thumbnails alone... There is a big issue here that I have considered. It is a trade-off of speed versus space. In order for me to get all those pics available to you guys, I have to be considerate of space. So, if it takes a cable modem user 10 extra seconds to d/l a gallery, I'm sorry. Also, I know it's a pain in the butt having a 56K and trying to d/l all this stuff. I've been sitting on one for a while before I got a chance to experience higher bandwidth.

I will try my best to address this problem, but please understand that I am limited by several factors.

Why do you even need 3,000+ pictures of various IS300's and Altezza's? It seems crazy. What's on there, like, 1,000 pics per page? That's insane... don't get me wrong, most of them are cool... maybe you could cut it down some and just leave the top 100 or even top 500 at that rate. But 3,000+ photos???? We all know what the car looks like.

Thumbnails w/ links to pics are quite easy to make. Especially with irfanview, which is freeware. Its literally just point and click.
