So, I hop in my car yesterday and it was -20 celcius (with the wind chill) -10 without and I'm on my way to work.

Fire the car up and no problem.

About 20 minutes into my drive and when I was in very slow moving traffic my low pressure warning comes on, followed by the front right side bumper sensor signalling I'm about to hit something (red level warning).

Both of these persist for about 10 minutes and once I get back up to speed, they go away and I don't see them again.

Turn to today, same thing, except no bumper sensor warning, but it happened once I got into very slow moving traffic and went away once I got rolling.

Again, bitterly cold again today.

Never had either happen to me before and this car has been through plenty of cold. Obviously, I will bring it in, but any thoughts? (Car is still under warranty).

No idea on the bumper sensor... but the low pressure one might just be the cold... you lose 1 psi for every 10 degrees generally.

I could randomly speculate on the timing (like it can sometimes take time for the car to notice a problem report from one of the TPMS sensors, or the tire "cooled" off sitting in traffic then warmed back up a bit when moving) but probably what I'd suggest is putting a bit more air in the tires and see if it still happens.

ideally you would check em all first thing in the morning when cold, but I doubt you want to stand out in 10 below weather doing so... if you have a garage you could do it there though (and that'd explain the delay in the light coming on too somewhat since it's warmer in the garage)

That sounds all very plausible and probably correct, but it's that darned bumper sensor going off that I couldn't figure out.

I thought (maybe) coincidentally some snow or some other debris hit it while driving, but that seems like a bit of a stretch to all happen at the same time.
