so i wanted to put the Hyperwhites in my turn signals but the cops are being pricks about it around here (MA) so i decided to go with the LED turn signals - like the cadillac has - u get the 1156 bulbs - only problem is that the snap in locking prongs do not line up - so u have to do a little modding to get them to fit in (nothing serious) - but they look PHAT as hell - better then the stock yellow - and they won't get u in trouble - they are BRIGHT!!

just thought i would toss this out there

How about you look it up in your owners manual and then go to a store (you don't even need to leave the house now that this newfangled in-ter-net thingy is here... you can look it up in a store "on-line," as they say.
Wow, I'm such a prick

Thanks man!!!
So what is this "in-ter-net" thingy you speak about. Is it some TOP secret way of connecting computers together to share highly classified computer information? I don’t think I’ve herd of this term before. This is a break through in technology. You mean to tell me I can browse through a store “on-line” OMG I don’t know what to do with myself. Please enlighten further about this "in-ter-net". Sh!t the thing I use these days is ARPANET. I guess IM a little behind in the times
.

The reason I asked is because I found the light's but I only found them in RED!!. I was hoping someone might have found them in amber.

they have 1156 LED lights available at www.theledlight.com in both red and yellow. be prepared to shell out the $$ as they are $89.95USD per pair...not worth the money if you ask me. the local autoshops only seem to stock them in red. also, the 1156 (single terminal) LED bulbs do not have offset nibs on the side of the bulbs, so they will not fit our cars unless you file off one of the nibs. i guess that is what MYISRULZ did to make his work

MYISRULZ, When you put those blinkers in did your blinker it self blink really fast? I got the APC brand Amber LED lights. But my blinks blink so god dam fast now.. It's like there is a builb out. I guess the LED's arn't powerfull enough. Also there really not the bright. The stock blinkers are brighter..... The LED's i got have 8 LED's

Hmm...seems like the general consensus is that installing these bulbs makes your blinker blink really fast? Can you confirm this MYISRULZ?

Hmm...I don't think I'd really mind if they blinked really fast if they were BRIGHTER than stock....if they are actually weaker than stock bulbs like Martin says, I wouldn't want them. MYISRULZ says they are BRIGHT while Martin says they are less bright than stock...whats the deal??

Also, so they have red and amber colors available? Cool

Well there not bright @ all. I think im going to return them. I was reading somewhere that there are brighter ones. I'm going to see if i can get my hands on those. And i kinda don't like the fast blinking.
