but since its in chines/korean/japanes I cant get any info.

Here are my Qs?
What do I need to do this (tools, materials)?
Where to buy?
Tips and tricks?
How many lairs of fiber?
and any info leading to completion of this project will be greatly appreciated.
thanks

For any one who will say, "just go buy C-west, Toms, ..... eyelids" I really want to do it my self so I can get some experience. Since my next project will be sub box.

I have worked with Fiberglass a few times. You will need to buy the fiberglass resin and hardener and then some Fiberglass mat. The mat is a woven type of material that you use to create the mold, then you lay the fiberglass on on it. Once it hardens, you may want to use a second coat if you think it is not solid enough. Then you can just cut it and sand it down. I would recommend wet sanding it before you paint it though.

Now for where? Well, just go to any autoparts store and they should carry the product. I am pretty sure Napa auto parts keeps it in stock. If not, try a boating store.

Let me know if I can help in any other way.
