I need winter tires and a friend is offering to give me his 16" 5x114.3 rims with a 38 offset. Will this fit a 01 IS300?

Assuming it has a rim width of 7" or less, it will fit fine as long as the spokes clear the brakes.

tire size would be 205/55/16. Wheels are 16x7 CSA Ultras with +38 offset.
