im lookin at an 02 is300 with 130k miles however its in great condition with all the options i want. all leather(not that swade combo), navi, stick, nice color. clean carfax and asking 9,400. i know its alot of miles but i like this one alot. what do you guys think

It really depends on whether you like it or not. Because none of us can see the car, we can't give your much more than suggestions.

I would, however, suggest browsing the site for cars being sold and what they are asking for on similar year & miles combo. Possibly ask about their cars and get some more insight before you purchase.
