I know this was talked about before and I have read about it on here but there has not been any finalization about the navigation system. Before Lexus dealers said they would not be able to install the nav system in 2001 model and then I heard you can. Has anyone heard the outcome of this?

some nav systems like the one in the LX470 can play dvd's. the one for the '02 model will most likely not be able to play dvd's but you might be able to do a customization so that it can play dvd's!

lexus will probably not offer the '02 nav systems for the '01 from what i hear but that could always change!
