I bought the GEX unit form Video-Nav.com ....but now we are at that point of install....and the site is no where to be found...Can anyone help me out with a wiring diagram for the conversion....

I received detailed instructions with my GEX unit and Video Nav Module. You should have as well. If not I will have to scan them for you.

This is just a wild guess but I think maybe Lance may have that manual laying around the shop. He has all sorts of manuals for the IS I can't see why he wouldn't have that somewhere.
