For the front, I used these Carbon Fiber Mud Guards for Lexus IS350 / 3IS (set of 4 - high gloss)
They look great and perform great, for the front at least.
As for the rear's, there are two size options and I made the mistake of ordering the smaller ones. They were way too small and barely gave any protection. I also didn't mount them properly and they fell off on the first drive. So I'm still figuring out what the best option for the rear is. I may reorder the larger rear ones.
