The MODS didnt close it. They locked it, because they wanted you to follow the rules. You can ask the one that locked it, to unlock it.

BTW...Please specify what has been sold, so no one is confused.

Edit- The strut bars were given to me as a free gift from a buddy of mine that told me they were TRD bars. They are NOT TRD, they are CUSCO. SORRY for the misconfusion.
