Hello everybody,

I came across a good deal on some 1995 LS400 calipers for the rear only and was wondering a few things:

Would I be able to make them work while retaining the oem is300 front calipers? Would it be too rear biased?

Would I need to get anything else to make it work other than LS400 rear rotors and pads and the adapter?

What adapter do you guys recommend?

Would it be foolish to replace the rear calipers only?

Make you own custom mounting. XAT racing make a bracket to bolt on LS430 calipers and TT rotors.
I don't believe I'm skilled enough to do that, though I assume I'd save the most money that way. Have you done that before?

Edit: Just hit 100 posts lol

I just messaged them and asked what modification is required for the brackets for USDM IS300 models. (Edit: to fit LS430 rear calipers)

I will post the response here shortly.

The website specifically says a modification is required. It would be great if not.

Regardless, I will post their response.
