Does anyone know if you can get the LP package without the wood switchplates? For another $100 you can have the LP package (black instrument panel (looks better IMO) and the piping on the seats. I don't think the wood will go with the overall look of the car. Would it constitute a speacial order or can the dealer just remove the wood with no harm to the car. Thanks

I don't think so - the wood trim is a
fundamental part of the LP package.

It is unconfirmed about the black gauges
with the LP packages. (maybe a rumor).
