It looks classier than the current IS. The stock 17"s look way too small on the car. Maybe the 18"s will look better on the 350. But anyway, thanks for the pics!

it actually looks much better in person... as has been said before a million times over.

the Silver is not the most flattering color..it looks hot in darker colors like the Matador Red and that Deep Indigo blue or whatever tis called!

I think for most people the new IS will serve many purposes, i.e.
1.) There are some of us that simply do not want the headaches of boosting a car, attempting to find a competent place to service that ultra “needy” car, and the acceptance of the sheer upkeep! Oh ya, not to mention the addiction that continually grows once you experience & taste the wonderful world that is “BOOST!”

P.S. Option 1 is not bad by any means, I will probably be venturing down this road soon! Haha!!!!!

2.) Again, I also believe that the styling will grow on some people, most will undoubtedly be true diehard fans of the original! Put me in this category because I was hoping that Lexus would refine the current car, add some Jazz here, a little R&B there, and some Rock under the hood, but alas no factory 2JZ-GTE w/. v160 Getrag and a warranty.

3.) It’s all in the eyes of the beholder! Buy whatever you want and enjoy whatever you want! All I can offer is my honest opinion, take it for what it’s worth to ya and make your own decision about what vehicle you decide to spend your hard earned dollar on.

Your quite the people person. I am sharing pictures of the car. If our local give me a call and stop by. You have a huge chip on your shoulder about something.

An AWD IS 250 is 37k with nav $39k loaded (HID, memory seating and more).

Just got done driving it. A BIG thing about his car is it has the expensive leather that is in teh Ultra Luxury LS 430 (semi-ananline) and it's standard.

Is that an official price? I'm assuming you're talking about the Premium Luxury Plus package in that example or is it including something extra? $39K sounds like too much with that package + Nav. It's still missing ML and more, so it could probably hit $42K+ with everything.

As for the styling, I like it. I do prefer the look of the old IS but this one looks nice. Much better than the new GS...IMO that is
