Ok i've been wanting to take the frame off of my plate, well 1 of the screws of the bolts thread are gone meaning I cannot un-screw it. I tried lifting the back cover of the trunk where it expose the part where you can switch license plate bulbs. I tried using a putty knife to hold while I was unsrcrewing it and still it would not turn. So any tips would help.

Try using WD-40 or some other penetrating lubricant on the bolt.

do you mean the plastic threads are stripped and you keep turning and turning but it doesnt come out?
if so
try using pliers and pull out the screw while your unscrewing it with the pliers
gripping it around the screw head

mines did that too i just took it to the dealer and they took it off for me

fi the internal plastic section is spinning with the screw, just take both out with pliers or a vice grip. fi the screw itself it stripped, use a needle nosed vice grip, and break it loose, then use your fingers to spin it out. and dotn reuse the bolt. also try spraying it with pb blaster prior to doing so, should help it break free easier
