anyone use any of the meguiars leather care products on their car. If so does it mess around wiht the escaine. And does anyone have a buffer that they would recomend?

you shouldn't be using leather care product on escaine surfaces. escaine is more closer to cloth but i wouldn't use cloth seat care product either. lexus has a escaine/leather care kit for IS300's. go ask for one at your dealer. i'm not sure about the price though..
