Does this sound like a good deal on a lease:

2008 IS 250 RWD

Options:
Automatic
Premium Package
18' Summer Tires (Chrome Rims)
HID
NAV/Bluetooth/Back-up Camera
Spoiler

-15k miles a year
-36 months
-Total drive off is $1,000 (includes 1st month payment)

***Monthly payment is $475.00***

I am taking Delivery on Monday under a deal they are running in the Detroit area:

IS250 AWD
$369/month for 24 months
$2500 down + $600 acquisition fee
12000 miles/yr
Nav
Backup camera
Moonroof
Bluetooth

It has those "paddle" shifters on the wheel.

I'm paying an additional $20month for the luxury package which includes:
Luxury Package (AWD only) $2,205 [1]
Power tilt-and-telescopic steering column
Lexus Memory System to control power driver's and front passenger’s seats (except lumbar), outside mirrors and steering wheel
Illuminated doorsill scuff plates
Power rear-window sunshade
Rain-sensing intermittent windshield wipers with mist cycle
Electrochromic (auto-dimming) outside mirrors with auto tilt-down in reverse
Bi-xenon High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps
Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS)

If you prefer the ES, you can get one for $30/month more but it is a 36 month lease.

I'm going to go on Friday to see if I can get the same deal you got. Does anyone know what it would be if i got the 12K miles plus about $2,500 because I owe on my trade-in?

I had the same deal as the original poster, except it was an '08 350. It also had the HKS Lexus Exhaust and I had a spoiler and sirius put in the day after.

Wow, I think thats a great deal! The best I can do over here in Miami, FL is $2500 down for an 2008 IS250 with payments of $590 a month!! (36 month lease and 12k miles). AND that was with a friend of mine buying a lexus at the same time. Am I getting ripped? I have not bought it yet, I currently have a 2006 IS 250 and my lease is almost up. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

one suggestion....if you are leasing, put as LITTLE down as possible! you should walk away paying just 1st month's payment, acquisition fee and registration fees. for me, it was $1,000.
