I received this in the email a friend sent me. Glad I have a Lexus. :D

The number is based on the number of problems the car had per 100 vehicles. For example, Lexus, which ranked #1, had just 1.63 problems per 100 vehicles. The industry average is 2.73.

It shows Mercedes actually has more problems then BMW... hmmm... I thought differently before...

how long a time period is that over? I think 1.63 problems per hundred vehicles is a little on the low side. Are you sure it isn't problems/vehicle
