The coating cost me $85 a wheel. He went in to how powder is very light and even if you tape it off when you shoot it with powder (which he did), the powder can drift when the heater/blower kicks on in the oven.
We agreed that he would do them in all black free of charge (which was what I had thought of doing from the start) if they turned out funky. They turned out funky. I'm going to clean them up and see what they look like. Some of the marks are actually curb rash, as I bought the wheels used.
They look a lot better without the flash (but it was dark out), and even better when the pictures are too small to see all the imperfections .
As for the wheels themselves, I paid $1000 for the set.
spacers, maybe. Springs, probably not. I don't have a good reason for why i don't want to, though .
I'm going to try to go the next 12 months without another mod. We'll see... I really want the Dinan exhaust

Nissan has filed a trademark with the Canadian government of what the new Z sports car logo is going to look like. The logo you see appeared on the NewNissanZ forum shortly after the filing.
Earlier this week they also filed trademarks for the same logo in New Zealand and Australia.
