well, things at my dealership slowed down since 9/11, and we are looking for some projects to keep us busy and hopefully generate some new business. here are some pics of an IS300 fitted with the SC430 o/e 18" wheels. im looking for opinions and whether or not this appeals to any of you. and if it does not, if you honestly think it could to anyone else. and also, if any of you have any ideas on other so called projects we could undergo at a lexus dealership utilizing other vehicles and aftermarket accesories, let me know.
I guess you really had to get bored to do that. I dont like those wheels, as will most other people here. Why dont you try puttin the IS wheels on the SC430?

actually, they are still on the car now. im not sure what they want to do with it yet. but im sure youll all be happy to know that we are looking on tirerack for some more attractive add-on toys. ill post pics of the final product if and when we get it together.
again: any advice from anyone? like i said, weve got time on our hands around here.
try SSR GT1 and GT3 wheels.. they look awesome on IS300's.. you can also make smoked head/tail lights, carbon/wood/aluminum dash kits and possibly those flip screen DVD players for dealer options.. they will be very popular as long as you guys keep the price reasonable..
Eriq, I'm with the other IS owners on the outlook of those rims. They just don't seem to fit in...
Well, if you want to do something relatively cheap to boost IS300 sales, then maybe you will get a few ideas from looking at pics of my car. I bought it as is from my dealership... The link is in my signature below.
i have to be honest in saying the lexus sc430 is a swet looking car all around but has one of the most hidious looking stock wheels i have ever seen and i think it totally ruins the looks of the car
