IS300 Rally Commercial question

Is this old news, or has anyone else seen the commercial of a yellow/blue IS300 rallying around a tight track splashing mud over everybody?!?

Does anyone know

1) if this car is actually part of a racing team, and is it raced in the US?

2) where I can download this commercial or pics of it b/c its awesome. love the mud.
