is300 radio harnesses

Hi all,

So I recently bought a is300 that’s all kinds of messed up, but I want to fix it up and daily it. The old owner said someone broke into the car and one of the items they stole was the aftermarket radio unit. They pretty much just ripped it clean off. Judging by this photo, what needs to be replaced? I don’t have much experience with cars, and even less with electrical.
