Dateline had a segment on street racing and the movie The Fast and The Furious, and the reporter was cruising the night racing scene in a blue IS300. woo hoo

Hey! I just saw that too, to bad the segment didn't shows any ISs or real tricked out cars. I don't think i have ever seen an IS at a street race, aside form mine that is...but I don't race, just watch.

yeah that part was ok, but the problem now is, that all the housewives with nothing better to do than to find a cause and take it all the way to the supreme court if they want, are going to pick this one, and the federal, as well as state government, is going to crack down harder on us (street racers) than they cracked down on the "war on drugs" , dateline making this a national issue now, is just going to screw anyone who likes to go out late at night and do this on the weekend.

did anyone notice all of the hondas? how pathetic, and none of them were even fast, it looked like a bunch of fools that were racing their slow daily getters that they didn't take care of (outward appearance) and that had basically nothing but a weedwacker tip added on.

Where do you live? I'm actually from Bakersfield and met up at Sonic last night to watch the races. I don't ever see other IS's there...last night it was just me and a black SC300 representing Lexus.

i saw the dateline segment and noticed the saturn sl2 going up against what looked like a mustang. did anyone notice that? next time i see a saturn, will have to gun it
