My is300 has been dripping a good amount of oil, I was curious if I should replace the whole oil pan or just clean my current oil pan & change the oil pan gasket perhaps both, what do you guys think from the photos I provided what I should do? Any feedback is greatly appreciated is300

I think you should leave your oil pan and gasket alone and fix the culprits (cam and crank seals) possibly valve cover gaskets as well.

You need to buy some brake clean and wash all that old oil off. Then run the engine to find where the leak/s is/are coming from. Might have to put some miles on it and reassess.

As the others said, that oil is actually leaking from above on the engine somewhere. The oilpan has never been the culprit I've seen. Instead, it leaks down and covers everything, which fools into thinking the leak is lower. But you have to trace it up to the top. It's usually the cam seals on top and/or the front main seals.
