Hi, all.
I just received my carbon blitz style front lip.
it didn't come with either screws nor double sided tape..
should I use double sided tape to mount it?
or can I drill holes on carbon stuff? will it crack?

You should use 3M tape. I made a thread on the best 3M tape earlier today. Good luck

it is vizage front lip, my mistake ^^ i'm a noob...
it's made by carbon creation, I ordered it from intensemotorsport..
since it's raining so bad here, i didn't get a chance to test fit it yet...
the lip is just sitting in my living room.... TT

Good luck and hopefully it is a good fitment because you cant really perform surgery on C/F to make it fit. Did you just get the front? What color is your IS?

I'm new to these modifying car stuff. that's why I just got the front lip(not the full kit), trying to see how it feels to have my car modified...I tinted my window and painted my calipers though..

I miss driving stick (for past 9 years) ... ^^ but IS is so fun!!

i bought an auto anywayz.. cuz i live in the city and driving stick is killing me.

i installed the lip tonite... but the fitment really sucked..
both sides are sticking out bad.. but i managed to tape it so it won't fall off.. ^^

If you use 3m tape that spoiler aint going nowhere!! I user it to mount a lip spoiler and i wanted to take it off and that was so f*in hard, that tape is amazing!!

I have the VIS cf lip and drilled holes no problem. Just go very slow and drill pilot holes first. If I were you, I would put screws, at least one inside of each wheel well.
