Ah, the elusive black JDM tail lights. These are only available through import, and are a factory Toyota part over in Japan. They are darker than the factory "smoked" or "black pearl" lenses that come on the darker color 02' and 03' IS300.

It holds/secures the inner housing of the tail light.

I was jumping around and saw this write up. Kinda old, but the last member just bought a 2004, that's what I got. If you can't find the tinted lenses, what I did was just go down to AutoZone and bought some VHT night-shade spray paint and tinted out all the lenses on my ride. Looks sweet, cost is low, and it takes just a little bit of your time.
