Hey have a 3sge beams motor and the 3rd and forth injectors are not being triggered have tried different set of injectiors but did not help have had wiring loom checked and it is all good and earths are solid had the ecu tested and apparently the Mirco processor wasn't working properly so I have put in an identical ecu but having the same issue have checked all coils plugs and even listened to injectors and sound like they are clicking but if I unplug them while it's running on 3 and 4 nothing changes does anyone know what could be causing this or have any suggestions thankyou

Check your IGF signal from the ignition coils.

Are you sure its not the spark plugs not firing?

Has anyone had the cam belt and crank pulley off recently? From memory 3SGE has a similar setup to the 2J with a sensor wheel behind the crank cam belt pulley that can get damaged if not carful, or the crank sensor can fail. They tell the ECU where the crank is so it knows when to time the injectors and spark
