In the pic. I had circled a thing that I dont know what it is. Can you help

That looks like the purge cannister solenoid, part of your emission system. It can also be called a VSV for Evaporative Emissions (EVAP).
It recirculates gas fumes from the fuel tank that are stored in a cannister into the intake manifold while the vehicle is in operation. It does this through the solenoid which is controlled by the cars computer (opens and closes) to purge the cannister of fuel vapor.

The one near the actuator and the air box is actually the VSV for canister closed valve. The one near the pcv valve is the VSV for evap. The one behind the fuel tank and attach to the charcoal canister is the VSV for vapor pressure sensor and the vapor pressure sensor.

Interesting. I did not know there was 3 separate valves.
