Let me tell you a little story that happened a while ago. When the IS first came out I went to Tustin Lexus, the guys were pricks and wouldn't let me dirve it, so i just got to sit in it. Since i couldn't drive it i was pissed, anyways i sat in it and it was too small for me (i'm 6'4) and i thought the dash was way too busy, i also thought the tailights were ridiculous. So after being called "troll" "ass""jealous" decided to go to a dealer and drive it to see if some of my opinions were formed from the rudeness of the salesmen. So i went to Lexus of Westminster this time and they actually let me drive one! So i sat in it and the brakes and suspension are great so are the materials that make up the interior. I stil think the dash is too busy and the tailights kinda have grown on me. So i guess my point is... I stand corrected(damnit i hate it when that happens!) So i guess i have no reason to hate on you IS nomore. I just hope the webmaster doesn't erase this post like ALL my others.

The same thing happened to me. I liked the car initially, but after going into a dealership and being completely ignored, I was offended and started looking at other cars. Later, I contacted another local Lexus dealership by email and worked everything out before I even stepped foot in the dealership or spoke to anyone there.

MunkyMan, you are not the only one frustrated with Tustin Lexus. I have never heard anything good with them and I heard their service sucks. Also, have you guys heard the recording when they put you on wait? Oh my goodness, that is annoying.

hey guys, I was ignored too at first. I think its partly because I look kind of young and the salesman didn't expect that I would have enough money to buy one.

Any how, i went back there 3 times and finally, a nice salesman who I haven't seen before showed up and sold me the car.

Those jerks, oh well... its good they didn't get commission from my car.

Yeah Tustin Lexus is full of a bunch of pricks. Hey Chromaplast you live in Rochester? My grandpa lives in Penn Yan. I go to visit him every year, damn it's nice up thier.

We keep answering each other with in minutes! It's like a conversation! Driving that car i up thier is gonna be a bitch in wither with those huge rims and RWD. Yeah i only go up thier in the summertime. Thats the only time i get off during the school year.I'd love to go up thier in the winter though i love the snow!

don't expect me to welcome you with open arms just because you like the IS now. you were a prick and treated some members with utter disdain and now you like the car so none of the crap was said? sorry, i don't care if you like the car or hate it, you want respect and courtesy you treat others with respect and courtesy. i am not going to piss on you for that is not my nature, an how we get along later on will be based on how you treat others now, just don't expect to be welcomed with open arms just because you like the car. Don't worry, i hold no grudges and have no preconcieved notions of who you are in real life, i just don't put up with crap, look on the bright side, Clam was an asshole when he first came here too, not to say he still isn't, he's actually not a bad jackass.
