Never got a speeding ticket while living in the US.
Over here tho (geneva) got flashed by radars about twice in a week driving a Cayenne Turbo.

I got one about four years ago going 36 in a 30. Went to that safe driving class and got it removed so my insurance is still about $100 per month for full coverage ($100 comp/$500 Coll).

Only one for me, back in '01 (not in my IS). I took the driving class and the ticket didn't go on my record, hence no insurance increase.

58 total tickets since Sept of 1997. (7.25 tickets/year avg.)

Statistics:

-3 suspensions totaling 2.25 years
-8 traffic schools including 3 8-hour schools
-17 speed violations (best one @ 176 in a 55, most recent 110 in a 55)
-Total of TWO misdemeanor speeding violations
-NO parking tickets
-12 window tint tickets
-Other tickets vary in type (still moving violations, improper turn, illegal lane usage, etc)
-Current record for most tickets in a week in IL as far as I know (9).
-Total court, lawyer and fine costs = 4,867.00

176 in a 55 was thrown out after my dad sold the Ferarri 348ts. The bill of sale and the "coolness" of the judge got me out of BIG trouble (misdemeanor).

The 110 in a 55 really killed me big time, but my lawyer saved my ass.

ONLY 5 WERE IN MY IS, LOL!

PROOF???

I'd like to think that one day Karma will bring back that large fortune, but I'll settle for getting off of big tickets..

I should note that I have not gotten a ticket for 13 months straight, which as you can see, is QUITE a feat for someone like myself.

I told my fiance i would slow down when we have kids...

Holy crap... Any jail time to accompany those...in PA 2x the posted limit gets you arrested.

I've only had two myself...both were less than 5 over...I know, anal cops around here.

lets do the math...

50 bucks for the first ten miles right? then ten dollars after every mile over that...so...

50 + 250 =300 bucks right?

AHAHAHAHA you got to excited with you new car.

2 were jailable, but i posted my License and/or I-bond.

Any more screwin around on my part and I'm screwed. I'm still finishing up a supervision term and a conditional release term.

The supervision means no tickets within a given period, and the conditional release is where i cannot commit any serious crimes for a given period of time.

I've never commited any crime of any sort, i just drive very fast.

Sometimes i'vwe noticed that when i drive over 100mph i cannot get good service on my nextel, but when i slow down, i'm fine. It's most likely a confirmation bias (ie, every time i was my car, it rains), but it is cool to think that i can outrun nextel cellular service, LOL!!!

zero tickets....

if you are cautious and know the area in which you are driving, you can speed without getting caught easily...

Ive topped out the car a few times...
