Just how many SBM's are there on this board. Seem's like alot of new members have 'em. I was under the impression that blue would be very rare and silver would be more common.

SBM/tan ivory/17" wheel. ( no graphite)
fully loaded.

just got it for a week.. and i am loving it! except it kinda sucked during the rare snow condition here in vancouver. ( totally unprepared for snow tires)

PS. not saying other color bad, but dont u think SBM is the best color there is on this IS?? not too flashy, yet not too conservative....

I have a SBM/Ivory/17" rims/fully loaded.
First and still only one in this area (according to the dealer). It's hard to keep it clearn in winter (snow), though.

I have the SBM/black w/ graphite rims. I'm in Northern Virginia. I know of two other people in VA that have SBM/black, one with graphite.

IStheBest - Did you have to special order your IS to get the black interior? I have an SBM with the Tan interior, but I wanted the black. The Lexus dealer that I went to intially kept f&^*&ing around and giving me the run-a-round so I went to a different dealer and they had a SBM on the lot that was loaded, so I got it. I have had it now for about 6 months and already the escaine is getting dirty. Man I should have waited!!! Patience is a definite virtue...

how to protect that leather/escaine? anything special you ppl use?

I think the bast color combo on these cars is the dark red (autumn...) wit the black interior, that red color is HOT! and i've only seen one of them.

Early on TEG posted Lexus' planned production %'s for each color. SBM wasn't gonna be the highest %, but it wasn't gonna be the lowest, either.

I am loading some new pix this weekend and hope to post them soon...the show off the quality of 3M Show Car Wax - I am very pleased...but I may consider Zaino Bros or FF next time around just to test it out.
