Finally ended up moving my horns to behind the front bumper...guess what. The horns don't work anymore
I found out today while some jerk cut me off.

Out of sheer coincidence, someone told me it may have something to do with the ground? they said that the metal that it was bolted to may not be grounded or something?

Any help is appreciated

Here ya go, the metal to metal contact is what you need. The place you moved your horn to is probably painted. Remove the horns and scrape off some of the paint underneath where you plan to mount the horns. Mount them back up and you should be all set.

well, the same thing had happened to me, and I found out the same way. There is really nothing that pisses you off more than when someone cuts you off and your damn horn doesn't work. It is so damn annoying.
