I just hit a curb and scratched my rim it is damaged but not too bad. What, if anything can I do on my own to fix it(what product did you use). Or has anyone had any experiance with this kind of situation. If so how much did it cost to have fixed.

I hit a curb 2 weeks after owning mine. I switched it with my spare set and had it refurbished by Chicago Wheel Company Inc. a month later for less than $100.

How bad is the scratch? If it's pretty deep, here are few options...

1. Get the scratched wheel reconditioned, approximately $150 - $200.
2. Throw the scratched wheel in the trunk and use your NEW spare.
3. Order a nice set of wheels and use the stock ones for the winter.

Options 2 is probably the cheapest and easier thing to do.

If you plan to go with option 3, make sure you master parallel parking because it's going to suck curbing $3000 wheels.
