HELP...Dealer told me....

I really want the TRD/l-tuned rear lip spoiler, I have seen two cars with them... The seem to be hard to get. I talked to the dealer up here and the dude said that they were not going to make the rear lip spoiler anymore because it was blocking the third (window) brake light... Does anyone have any info about this. HELP.. and no I don't want the RMM one, its not the same.. I don't want the whole kit just the spoiler....
