Hi, i have a problem, i think..

Whenever i drive my steering wheel has a tendency to have about a 1 degree shift when im going straight..maybee its the way im looking at the wheel .. i dont know

have you had your wheels rotated recently?

when i drove my car home from the dealer i had the same problem except it was out about 5 degrees. took it back and they aligned it.

1. Tire pressure even?
2. Is the road surface level?
3. Car aligned?
4. Tread wear uneven (try rotating tires)?

My car's steering is a bit off...doesn't bother me too much.

hahaha you guys should try out the celica GTS
when the lift in the vvtl-i kicks in it goes from 1 degree off to like 20 degrees off!

hahaha damned torque steer. When i got the car the first time i thought i blew out the tires or i messed up the car! i never driven a front wheel drive car with that much torque steer for a stock car. not even the type r was that blunt.

read somewhere, the steering wheel at 1'clock is tha wheel alignment to the road surface. the road surface tilt a couple degrees to the right for ez water flow. jus FYI
