Have any of you added Aftermarket NAV?

From what I've heard and read, aftermarket NAV systems are superior to that of factory NAV systems (as far as display and features). Have any of your considered adding aftermarket Nav systems to your IS300? If so, where did/would you install it in the center console without looking too much like an after thought? Is it possible to have it pop out of that hole above the center console?

Woops... sooooory
.... From what I heard the upcoming NAV system will not be a pop up display.... So I wonder how they will integrate it? Change the whole center console?
