I was wondering if it is an overkill to go with E11v2 for aiming 600rwhp?

Kind of an overkill. However, you have to note that we do not have an "SRT modified" wiring harness for the E11v2, nor do we have any sort of wiring diagrams.
Interested parties should be willing to bring their vehicles to SRT for install and tuning.

Can you make a lead for an aristo motor for the f10x? Or does that require major wire loom reconstruction?

reason being I will be going with a new ECU, and I dont think i want to go emangle so the next option was the haltec f10x. Any help is great.

We can have it in and out in 1 day. As far as putting it in an NA car, well it depends on how much mods you have, but if you plan on going FI in the future then you know that you have a standalone that can easily handle upto 800RWHP.

what would the time be like for you guys to install a e6x and would you reccomend that on a n/a car

The harness will be the same for the Aristo motor, the only thing you have to figure out is the factory injector wires. I am pretty sure that the injector wires are the same as the turbo supra, as we have done the swap before on an SC400.
